0%, No amount will be charged for cancellations occurred 01 Month prior to Arrival date.
50% from the total due amount will be charged for cancellations occurred 02 Weeks prior to Arrival date.
75% from the total due amount will be charged for cancellations occurred 01 Week prior to Arrival date.
100% from the total due amount will be charged for cancellations occurred 01 Day prior to Arrival date or No Show.
100% from the total due amount will be charged for cancellations occurred in peak period (New Year, Xmas and Easter).
Cancellation fees for Airline or Transportation tickets will be subject to their own cancellation and penalty policy.
All of the above is a general condition and is subject to the hotels’ and Nile cruises’ cancellation policies at the time of booking.

儿童政策

Children up to 2 years: free of charge.
Children 2–5.99 years: charged 25% of the adult rate in double occupancy.
Children 6–11.99 years: charged 50% of the adult rate in double occupancy.
Children 12 years old and over: charged the full adult rate in double occupancy.
Airline or transportation ticket bookings for children will be subject to child age at time of booking.
Please advise the children’s age and number at booking time to get the final exact cost for the package.

价格 & 小费

Package rate currency is quoted in USD.
The price is quoted based on number of travelers so any change in group size will affect the price accordingly.
This is a cost quote only and no reservations have been made yet, and availability has not been checked. The final cost may vary marginally, depending on which hotels and flights we are able to confirm.
Any increase in government taxes, entrance fees to monuments, service charges, fuel surcharges, or dues after the date of the reservation will be added to the above-mentioned rates without prior notice.
Our prices do not include any kind of insurance.

Final vouchers can only be issued once Egypt Vibes has received full payment.
